Taylor Carito
Yoga
Children's Yoga
Taylor is an avid skier with a passion for anything outdoors. Like most yogis, Taylor was initially drawn to yoga for the physical benefits. She started practicing forrest yoga in 2012 at ‘Girdwood Yoga Shack’ in Girdwood, AK. Soon after beginning her yoga journey she became fascinated by the practice and how it affected her mind and body. Attending yoga class was therapeutic.
Taylor continued to dive deeper into the study of yoga, attending classes religiously. She was driven to learn more about the ancient teachings and offerings of different yoga ancestries and mythologies. All of this lead Taylor to her first 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Scranton, PA.
Taylor is forever a student, always amazed by what we can learn and how to better ourselves.

Donna Howell
Pilates
Children's Dance
Donna's passion for movement and its mental and physical benefits has been a lifelong journey.
Starting gymnastics at the age of four, she reached the pinnacle of her athletic pursuits as part of the Penn State Women’s Gymnastics Team. After her gymnastics career concluded, Donna discovered a newfound love for Yoga and Pilates, which surprised her with its depth and community. For her, physical activity transcends mere movement—it's an outlet, a source of joy, and a way to connect with others. This enabled Donna to pursue and complete her Mat 1 Pilates Certification in May of 2025 through Power Pilates.
During her middle and high school years, Donna also embraced a variety of dance styles, including ballet, pointe, lyrical, and modern. With eight years of experience coaching gymnastics and dance, Donna finds joy in guiding students towards their dreams, while fostering confidence, resilience, and essential lifelong skills.

Megan Pregmon
Yoga
Meg Pregmon is a Registered Nurse, level 2 Reiki practitioner, and a Yoga Alliance certified teacher. Meg completed her 200-hour RYT with Jaya Vita Yoga during the pandemic in 2020, and her 50-hour Yin Yoga certification with Bernie Clark in 2023.
Meg really started her yoga journey in 2013 after becoming a new mom. Starting a regular practice has helped her to find a level of presence and contentment in her mind, body, and spirit in a way that felt unachievable before. By integrating her clinical knowledge with her yoga education she hopes to lead all of her classes to find this as well.
Off the mat Meg works from home with her husband and is the proud mom to two wonderful kids, and a dog-mom to an aussiedoodle. She loves to sing whenever she gets the chance, is a voracious reader, and is constantly seeking to learn something new or start a new hobby.

Diane Reuss
Yoga
Diane embarked on her journey with Hatha Yoga at the age of 23 while recovering from an illness. Her doctor recommended yoga as a means to help her regain strength. She discovered that yoga not only restored her vitality but also enhanced her flexibility in a gentle and soothing manner. Her passion for yoga deepened when she began practicing Ashtanga style yoga in 2006, where she learned to synchronize her breath with the flow of her movements.
Through yoga, Diane found a valuable tool for calming her mind during stressful periods. By concentrating on her breath while performing poses, she was able to clear her mind of worries, transforming her practice into a form of moving meditation.
After years of nurturing her personal yoga practice, Diane felt compelled to share her enthusiasm for yoga with others. In 2016, she completed her 200-hour RYT Teachers Training Certification at Jaya Vita Yoga and has since participated in various Yoga Alliance-approved workshops. Since then, Diane has been passionately teaching yoga classes.
Yoga has become a fundamental aspect of Diane's life, providing her with strength and tranquility, which enables her to live more fully. While she enjoys visiting the gym and weightlifting with her two daughters, her enduring love will always be yoga.

Kate Tracy
Pilates
Kate has always been an active individual who relished skiing, hiking, swimming, and volleyball, yet she was the type to steer clear of the gym. Weightlifting, cardio, and traditional workouts held no allure for her. However, her perspective on fitness underwent a dramatic shift when she began practicing yoga and pilates. What began as hesitant curiosity quickly blossomed into a passion that not only transformed her body but also her overall relationship with movement and wellness.
She appreciated the structured and guided approach of Pilates, along with the nurturing community it fosters. Collaborating with other women dedicated to their personal growth created an empowering atmosphere that she had never encountered in fitness before. After witnessing and experiencing the positive changes in her own body, she realized she was truly captivated.
As of May 2025, Kate earned her certification in Mat 1 Pilates through Power Pilates. With this achievement, she aims to assist others who may feel disheartened by conventional exercise. Kate is committed to cultivating an inclusive space where individuals can explore movement at their own pace, free from feeling overwhelmed, and begin to experience the same transformations that led her to fall in love with movement.
